What: Energy 101: A Basic DIY Guide to Energy Clearing, an online workshop

Learn the basics of energy work, what are the 7 chakras, and the layers of your aura 

When: Thursday, May 25th, 6-8pm

Why: Energy tools are accessible to everyone with or without formal training. That said, some guidance is useful in learning how to tap into the part of ourselves that already knows to maintain a good energy field through intuition, visualizations, and body intelligence.

It is my intent that this class can be a helpful guide to provide some basic level instruction on our bodies’ energetic centers (the chakras), our auras, and how to maintain a basic level of energetic health. 

Tools: we will be doing some practice rituals, so ideally you will be in a quiet place. Feel free to take notes. The class will be recorded and shared with participants afterwards.
